Andy and his 2 business partners run an online commerce site in the creative industry. They came to me to get over that hump where too many things were still resting on their shoulders.

The ultimate goal was to have a business that would allow them to take a lengthy break away from the day-to-day. That also meant that if they could achieve that it was going to be easier to grow the business beyond their own time constraints.
